We require all parties to be booked online via our Booking Form. This Booking Form allows us to have all the pertinent information we need to host the painting! Follow the on-screen questions to submit your inquiry to us and we will call you to confirm and double-check all of the details!
Since we are a mobile paint 'n sip studio, we do not have a storefront or a set list of business hours. We invite you to either complete a Booking Inquiry or send us an e-mail!
We charge per person for each project. Prices vary dependent on the medium chosen. The range is between $10 and $40. We have each price broken down per medium under the "Mediums" tab. In addition to the per-painter prices, we also charge a $25 non-refundable Booking Reservation Fee.
The Art Bar's cancellation policy is as follows: A notice of cancellation is due 72 hours before the party begins by phone call or e0mail to the Art Bar, with no additional fees. otherwise an invoice will be issued for the entire total of the party. If a cancellation is made under the 72 hour deadline and the decision to reschedule is made, there may be additional fees that may incur determined by the Art Bar, LLC. Our Booking Fee is non-refundable and will not be returned in any circumstance––the only exception is if a cancelled party is rescheduled for a later date, the previous Booking Fee will be used.
We provide all your art supplies (canvas, easel, brushes, paints, and an apron), so you just need to reserve a Venue and follow their policies on food and drink while we paint the night away!
We ask that the Venue have accessible water for both during the painting and for washing our supplies at the end. There should also be trash receptacles so that we can dispose of any necessary material.
